Eligibility for Returns
Clothing Returns: We accept returns for clothing items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Store Credit Only: Returns are eligible for store credit only, which can be used for future purchases at Art of Five. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns outside of this 30-day period.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@artoffiveapparel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Pack and Ship: Please return the items in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Store Credit
Store Credit Issuance: Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue you a store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding original shipping fees). The store credit will be sent to you in the form of a digital gift card, which you can use for any future purchase at Art of Five.
Use of Store Credit: Store credit must be used within one year from the issue date. It is non-
transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit for the full value of the item, including any shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These include: Sale items or items purchased at a discount and Gift Cards.

International Returns
For international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that international returns may take longer to process.
